Twin – The Phil And Teds Double Stroller

One of the great brands of baby stroller is Phil and Teds. Once you start reading about this company, you realize they do a nice job of marketing to new moms and all their friends and family. They have a model called simply the Twin, a Phil and Teds double stroller.

The Twin fits through standard doors even this stroller is for two as it has narrow gauge. Even though the Dual swivel front wheels are a bit smaller than some other competitor models, it will certainly hold for a smooth ride. There are no shock absorbers on this model like jogger stroller. But in my opinion, that’s not what they are directly trying to compete against.

As they have trademarked, that clicks into three positions from upright, mid level, and down to flat position also include in the Twin. Of course for the double stroller there are two seats which are independently-adjustable. An adjustable handle for different heights is there, and canopies to shield the kids’ faces are present too. This Phil And Teds stroller also has the standard five-point safety harness that has in nearly all products now.

It’s a modern, clean look. So far I’ve only seen just one color – a very bright candy apple red. Black color is available in the older models. Though, this is fairly heavy model at thirty six pounds. It doesn’t have a lot of features and compartments. The frame can hold a total of eighty eight pounds and the seat pads are also washable. Some models can go closer to 100 lbs, but either way, this should be fine for a couple of toddlers without any issue.

It also appears that this Phil And Teds stroller has a long distance between the seat and the top of the canopy. This is for the round out of the features. A taller child could sit comfortably and not have his or her face so near the top. This can give a longer life to the stroller.

Definitely this New Zealand company is an up and coming one. From their baby stroller line, they have achieved tremendous growth in the last decade. Then win over a lot of parents with their models as they have their own style and attitude. The Phil and Teds Twin stroller retails for around $600.

On the other end of the spectrum, the hard-wearing capability and full sturdy that other twins stroller in this price point have may not have in this minimalist look. This is not speaking from experience however, as I’m unaware of anyone using this for an extended time to check out the longevity of the product.
